1. Strategic Engagement
By accessing this website or utilizing AlpineSMM's digital marketing and development services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. We provide high-end digital infrastructure and marketing execution. Our relationship is that of independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
2. Service Deliverables
AlpineSMM commits to providing services as defined in your specific Project Roadmap or Service Retainer.
Project-Based Work
Web development and branding projects are governed by a specific scope of work. Any additions outside this scope will require a Change Request Node and additional investment.
Marketing Retainers
Monthly SEO, PPC, and SMM services are recurring. We require a 30-day notice period for the termination of any ongoing performance retainer to ensure clean data handover.
3. Performance Disclaimer
Digital marketing is a dynamic field influenced by third-party algorithms (Google, Meta, etc.).
"While AlpineSMM utilizes best-in-class strategies and data-driven methodologies, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or revenue figures, as these are dependent on external market forces and algorithm shifts."
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the Client owns the specific deliverables (e.g., custom website code, brand logos). However, AlpineSMM retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, software nodes, and internal frameworks used to deliver the services.
5. Payment & Security
Invoices are delivered electronically. Project-based work requires a 50% initial activation fee. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of every month. Late payments may result in the temporary deactivation of service nodes.
